“Clean room, hotel is well kept. Staff is courteous and helpful. We stay here every time we travel to Indian River.”

“A very pleasant surprise. This is a very 'value-centric' place to lay your head. Very clean, accommodating check in process, Close to all needed stuff (food, gas, etc). Proximity to Burt Lake State Park is great! It is a bit noisy in the morning due to existing on a main road - not the Owners' fault. Not disappointed in the least. ”

“Only negative is the vehicles that stop at the stop sign. About 80% of them have to rev the engine or take off flooring it, you guys ain't that bad! Annoying.”

“Love this property for its cozy, historic ambiance and the beautiful views. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The only thing I would change is the dining options. The Rose room is wonderful for breakfast and it would be great if you could have a nice dinner there as well. The Noggin room is fun in its own way but not exactly a dining destination.”

“When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. “We chose a bay view room and the window was very dirty and also the pillows were very uncomfortable. Had a drs appointment first thing in the morning went to use the shower and could not figure out how to get the shower to work and shower head was very dirty.”
